In 2020, Keely Jones wasn’t yet an employee of RTC. She had entered a contract with a homebuilder that went bankrupt due to the COVID pandemic—but not before Keely shelled out $40,000.

In a bind, Keely was searching for a way to get her dream home back on track when she was approached by Robert Tate, the founder of RTC & Associates. Robert understood that there was little-to-no money to be made by taking over the project.

However, as a community-focused, local business leader, he simply wanted to help make Keely and her family’s dream a reality. Within six months, the home was completed. Moved by this incredible act of generosity, Keely soon became an integral member of the RTC & Associates team.
